4. ORDER INVITATIONS EARLY, CHECK BOTH SCOUT OFFICES IF YOU HAVE TO.
5. HAVE INVITATIONS PRINTED.
6. ORDER PROGRAM COVERS.
7. ORDER EAGLE NAPKINS.
8. MAIL INVITATIONS TO PRESIDENT OF U.S. ETC. TO ASSURE RESPONSES IN TIME OF
COURT (ITS NICE TO READ THEM AT THE COURT). SEND INVITATIONS TO: PRESIDENT,
CONGRESSMAN, SENATORS, GOVERNOR, MAYOR, STATE REPRESENTATIVE, POLICE CHIEF,
COUNCIL PRESIDENT, COUNCIL EXECUTIVE, DISTRICT EXECUTIVE, MINISTERS, OLD
CUBMASTER, FORMER TROOP EAGLE SCOUTS.
9. LINE UP EAGLE SCOUTS, YOUTH AND ADULT, TO BE IN CEREMONY.
10. PLAN CEREMONY AND LINE UP PARTICIPANTS.
11. HAVE A REHEARSAL SOMETIME THE WEEK BEFORE COURT.
12. DESIGN AND BUILD PROPS, OR LINE THEM UP TO BORROW.
13. ORDER CAKE & PLAN REFRESHMENTS.
14. PICK UP EAGLE MEDAL AT SCOUT OFFICE (YOU GET 1 FREE).
15. GET FATHERS TIE PIN AND MOTHERS PIN AND NECKLACE EARLY IN CASE YOU HAVE
TO ORDER THEM.
16. PLAN A TROOP GIFT. IE: PATCH BOARD, EAGLE NECKERCHIEF, NESA MEMBERSHIP &
SCARF.
17. CALL NEWSPAPER FOR PHOTOGRAPH.
18. LINE UP V.C.R. CAMERA IF WANTED.
